Both of these teams come into this matchup with below average quarterbacks. The Titans have not scored more  than 17 points in any of their three games and practically gave away the  first game against the Bears. Miami is dealing with Tua’s injury at quarterback and the starter is  up in the air for this game, so it is tough to expect the Miami  offense to be efficient. Points will be hard to come by for both squads. I am  going with the tick in this game. Pick: Under 37

Jags sitting at 0-4 but how about the chance to get their first win against a team that is 0-9 SU in its last nine trips to Jacksonville? Seems the indoor Colts have a difficult time playing on grass and the Florida hot and humid weather.
